It got a bit over cooked but I think that was because I didn’t line the tin. Still, it tasted good and is a nice, straightforward, throw-everything-in-at-once recipe, which makes things easy

It looks yummy and in my opinion not over done at all.
It did taste good actually and got eaten up far too quickly. It was a little dry right on the edges but I think I managed to get a photo that doesn’t highlight that too much
